Checked in online and when I walked in and entered my number in the kiosk to show I was in store. Looked at the wait list board and it showed me "on deck" for the person I selected. It had one other person ahead of me also "on deck" for "first available", and that person was not in store yet. Another person walked in and had not checked in before hand and went straight to get a haircut since the other checked-in person had not arrived. Then the person who checked-in for first available arrived and signed in. It bumped me from "on deck" to a 24 minute wait. When I tried to point out the issue the hair stylist Michele H. got rude and told me that is how it works. The customer who checked in online, had no clue what was going on and thought I didn't check-in online and tried to argue with me also. I decided it wasn't worth it and left. Worst experience ever. Have gone to this store since it opened. Never going back.

I've been turned away twice in the same week. It was 45 minutes to close and there was barely anyone in the store. There was no reason I couldn't get a simple haircut. If I am turned away one more time then I'm not coming back and I will take my business somewhere else.

I would like to know if the hair cuts for Senior citizens are less expensive. I paid $24.99 with tip for a hair cut that took 20 minutes for the hair stylist to do. Not real pleased about this at all. Was not offered a discount or coupon at all. I made a mistake coming here. From now on I will be going to Great Clips were they offer discounts to Seniors and a $5.00 dollar coupon.
